The Multi-Actor Multi-Criteria Analysis is a methodology that allows for the involvement of multiple stakeholders within decision-making process. It reveals consensus and conflicts between different groups people are involved in evaluation but hold interests. Nowadays, concept “stakeholder” MAMCA gradually shifts to “stakeholder group”, there need involving more than one evaluator stakeholder group make sure all voices from will be heard instead being represented by one. Especially when contains large variation interests, concerns socio-economic characteristics. Additionally, can have subgroups might hard reach, therefore not or un-der-represented analysis. This typically case ‘citizens’ group.In order fulfill needs many groups, mass-participation function was developed survey tool designed. decision-maker design dedicated which function. easy-to-understand process used avoid time-consuming elicitation. possible check homogeneity heterogeneity based on profiles collected survey.
